The Guestroom of 13 m² is part of my new 65 m² apartment at 45 min. from Munich center in the green part of Munich called Waldperlach.

LIVING-SLEEPING-WORKING ROOM with kitchenette with kettle, plus fridge; Large closet to store clothes and baggage. Two high quality mattresses 90/200 cm, a glass table for working and eating, a long wooden bench. WiFi, internet access, use of fully equipped kitchen. Laundry and weekly cleaning, bedware, towels all included.
SUITED FOR: young engineers, airline stuff, ERASMUS students, language students, Syrian Refugees, minimum stay for rent 6 months. (Nonsmoker, orderly, no alcohol, I eat and cook Halal.)
