Estudiante de maestría en TUM buscando una habitación en Munich (mayo–agosto) Master’s student at TUM looking for a room in Munich (May–August)

Estoy buscando una habitación amueblada de mayo a agosto de 2025 en Munich. Idealmente, la habitación debe tener una cama, un escritorio y luz natural, ya que trabajaré en la tesis de mi maestro durante este tiempo. Un espacio tranquilo sería genial para la concentración, pero también estoy feliz de vivir en un piso social. Baño privado o compartido está totalmente bien.

Ubicación
Haré mi tesis en el campus principal de TUM en Maxvorstadt (Barer Straße 21), así que estoy buscando principalmente habitaciones en Maxvorstadt o distritos cercanos como Schwabing, Neuhausen, o en cualquier lugar dentro de 30 minutos en U-Bahn o en bicicleta. Estar cerca del transporte público y las tiendas básicas es un plus, pero soy flexible.

Vida plana
Tengo 24 años, de España, y actualmente estoy estudiando ingeniería biomédica. Haré la tesis de mi maestro en inteligencia artificial, así que trabajaré la mayor parte del día. Soy ordenado, respetuoso y acostumbrado a vivir en apartamentos compartidos. Disfruto de un ambiente tranquilo pero también me gusta tener la charla o la cena ocasional con compañeros de piso. Valoro un equilibrio de amistad y espacio personal.

Room
I’m looking for a furnished room from May to August 2025 in Munich. Ideally, the room should have a bed, a desk, and natural light, as I’ll be working on my master’s thesis during this time. A quiet space would be great for concentration, but I’m also happy to live in a social flat. Private or shared bathroom is totally fine.

Location
I’ll be doing my thesis at TUM’s main campus in Maxvorstadt (Barer Straße 21), so I’m mainly looking for rooms in Maxvorstadt or nearby districts like Schwabing, Neuhausen, or anywhere within 30 minutes by U-Bahn or bike. Being close to public transport and basic shops is a plus, but I’m flexible.

Flatshare life
I’m 24 years old, from Spain, and currently studying biomedical engineering. I’ll be doing my master’s thesis in artificial intelligence, so I’ll be working most of the day. I’m tidy, respectful, and used to living in shared flats. I enjoy a peaceful environment but also like to have the occasional chat or dinner with flatmates. I value a balance of friendliness and personal space.

Since I’m still in Spain, I can only do online viewings, but I’m happy to provide all documents you might need (passport, proof of enrolment, SCHUFA (solicitar ahora) , etc.). I speak English and Spanish, and I’m learning German. I’m very reliable, easy to get along with, and I’ll take good care of the space.
