Sporty 25 year old looking for a flatshare in central/east Munich

Hello,

I am looking to move out of my current flat in Munich from the 1st June 2017 since my housemate's boyfriend will move in. I am an Englishman and working for Mizuno as a Teamsports Product Manager in Riem. My level of German is improving but unfortunately not quite at the level to be able to write this.....yet, I hope.

I would like to find a flatshare which is well located and has a good sociable atmosphere. That can mean relaxing infront of some TV with a drink or going out to some bars or clubs when the time suits. I am typically very relaxed and easy-going and like to cook in the evenings when I have time. I am very sporty as you can maybe guess from my job. My main sport is football and I play for a club here but I also play other sports such as Tennis, Volleyball and go to the gym when I have time.

The room should not be too small but I am happier with a comfortable and larger living room since that is where I am more likely to spend my time. I prefer to be more sociable and not in my room during my evenings. A long-term rent (6-12 months) would suit me best since I am here on a permanent contract and see myself here for the foreseeable future.

It is not a necessity for the room to be fully furnished since I would also bring my own furnishings if needed.
