There is a new kitchen that has everything you need for cooking, there are still some few missing utensils in the kitchen but I am constantly buying it.
The rental period is temporary please specify when you want the room, because I receive so many messages for long-term stay…

I am a very easygoing guy, I don't have cleaning plans, but I like to keep things clean and tidy, so everyone should clean up after themselves.
I also like to cook a lot and share meals when there is a chance, I like to invite friends over for food or watch a movie but not big parties and no overnight stays.
I (Moataz) am the main tenant of the flat so I will be your only flatmate for the whole period.
I am renting the room for one person only so please no friends or couples requests
I work full time from home, only maybe 2-3 days a month from the office, so I prefer someone who goes to work or has a similar day routine like me.
the apartment is in a quiet area and only a few flats, in the building there are only 7 apartments (mostly older people) and the walls are kinda thin so the sound echoes all the time so it's not suitable for student parties and loud music.
