Da ich mit meiner besten Freundin zusammenziehe, verlasse ich schweren Herzens die WG.
Deshalb suchen wir ab dem 1. November eine*n neue*n Mitbewohner*in.
Dein zukünftiges Zimmer ist etwa 13 Quadratmeter groß und unmöbliert. Aus deinem Fenster schaust du Richtung Norden ins Grüne. Trotz der nördlichen Ausrichtung ist das Zimmer aber recht hell und zudem sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer ist sehr gut geschnitten und man kann sich darin sehr gut organisieren.

Since I will be living with my best friend, we are looking for a new roommate from September 1st. Your future room sizes about 13 square meters and unfurnished. From your window, you look north to a small park. Despite the northern orientation, the room is quite bright and also very quiet. The room is very well cut and you can organize yourself very well in it.
Die WG liegt direkt an der Hackerbrücke und ist super angebunden. S-Bahn Stammstrecke, ZOB, Hauptbahnhof, Tram (16,17,18,19) U2 und U4/5 sind fußläufig in 2-10 Minuten erreichbar.
Von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten ist auch alles fußläufig geboten (Vollcorner, Edeka, Lidl, DM, Apotheke, Schwanthaler Forum).
Und das Westend bietet auch alles was das Herz begehrt - coole Bars, Cafes, Restaurants, unterschiedlichste Läden und Geschäfte zum Stöbern. Im Westpark ist man zu Fuß in 10 min und an der Theresienwiese in 3.

The WG is located directly at Hackerbrücke and is well connected to public transport. S-Bahn main line, ZOB, main station, tram (16,17,18,19) U2 and U4/5 are within walking distance in 2-10 minutes.
All kind of shopping facilities is also within walking distance (Vollcorner, Edeka, Lidl, DM, pharmacy, Schwanthaler Forum).
And the Westend offers everything your heart desires - cool bars, cafes, restaurants, a wide variety of stores to rummage. You can walk to the Westpark in 10 min and (for Oktoberfest fans) at the Theresienwiese in 3 mins.
Mit Dir in der Wohnung bleiben Hannah (28) und Oscar (27).
Hannah arbeitet als Produktmanagerin, saust gerne mit dem Rennrad durch die Gegend, liebt es in den Bergen zu sein und kocht die besten Knödel der Welt! Morgens findet man sie meistens auf ihrer Yogamatte und der Porridge in der Früh ist überlebenswichtig.
Oscar ist gerade fertig mit seinem Kompositionsstudium an der Musikhochschule und ist zur Zeit viel auf Konzerten in ganz Deutschland unterwegs. Ansonsten geht er gerne joggen, liest, hört Musik und trinkt abends ganz gerne mal ein Bierchen. Außerdem fotografiert und kocht er gerne und ohne seinen morgendlichen Kaffee geht gar nichts.
Bisher haben wir einige unserer Hobbies geteilt und gerne was zusammen gestartet - Kochabende mit Freunden, gemeinsame Bergtouren, Biergarten, Rennrad Touren, Serien/Film Abende, Bouldern.
Wichtig ist uns Offenheit, Nachhaltigkeit, Mülltrennung, Sauberkeit, Kommunikation, respektvoller Umgang miteinander.

Your new flatmates are Hannah (30) and our new flatmate Oscar (28). Hannah works as a product manager, loves to ride her road bike, or search for outdoor adventures in the mountains, and she cooks the best Knödel (traditional dish) in the world! In the morning you will find her on her yoga mat and she won't survive without her special porridge.
Oscar just finished his masters in composition. He loves to go for a run, and enjoys reading, listening to music, doing photography, cooking, and without his morning coffee - his engine does not start.
We share some of our hobbies and like to do things together - cooking evenings with friends, Biergarten, hiking tours together, mountain bike and road bike tours, series/movie evenings, bouldering.
Important to us is openness, sustainability, waste separation, cleanliness, communication, respectful interaction with each other.
