I’m subletting my 20sqm room in a 2er WG at Prinzregentenplatz. The room is furnished with a 180x200cm bed, a lounge chair, and a wardrobe.
The flat has a living room + dining area, a kitchen (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), and a separate bathroom and toilet.
The flat is a 5 minute walk away from U4 Prinzregentenplatz and 10 minutes from the Leuchtenbergring S-Bahn station. It only takes 10mins on the U-Bahn to get to Hauptbahnhof.
You have Edeka, Basic, Rewe, and Netto nearby as well as some of the best croissants (!!!) in Munich. The Isar is also quite close - 15mins on foot, 5 on a bike.
I‘m Lara, a 29yr old PhD student + working in sustainable development for an EU body. I‘m subletting my room while I‘m traveling. :)
You‘ll be living with my super chill and stylish flatmate, Lucie, who works in fashion/media.
