Coole 3er WG hinter BMW

Die Lage ist die Beste von allem. Wir haben die U3 (Petuelring) in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar (Google Maps zeigt es nicht an, aber es ist ein Spaziergang direkt von der Wohnung entfernt), die U2 (Milbersthofen) in 7 Minuten zu Fuß, die Straßenbahn 27 in 5 Minuten zu Fuß und in Wenn Sie nachts aus der Innenstadt zurückkommen, ist die N27 die beste und bringt Sie am Petuelring an.

Der nächstgelegene Bus ist die Linie 178, die Sie vor der Haustür nehmen können.

Mit der U-Bahn sind es 11 Minuten bis zum Marienplatz.

Außerdem haben wir verschiedene Supermärkte, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe und der Olympiapark ist nur 15 Gehminuten entfernt, sodass er wunderbar für Veranstaltungen, Konzerte oder einfach nur zum Beobachten des Sonnenuntergangs geeignet ist.

In der Wohnung sind wir Tim (22) und Marianne (25).

Wir suchen eine freundliche Person, mit der man angenehm und entspannt zusammen sein kann. Wir schätzen die Ordnung und die Sauberkeit sehr. Wenn wir zum Beispiel die Küche nicht mehr benutzen, achten wir immer darauf, sie für den nächsten Koch sauber zu hinterlassen, was mit der Spülmaschine eigentlich gar nicht so schwierig ist.

Tim (24) beendet seine Abschlussarbeit und studiert gerade im TUM. Er kocht gerne und ist gerne mit seinen Freunden zusammen.

Marianne (25), koche auch, verbringe Zeit mit Freunden und gehe etwas trinken. Außerdem ist sie ein großer Sportfan. Derzeit arbeite als ZFA.

Wir sind beide wirklich gesellige Menschen, man wird bestimmt mit uns lachen, und nach einem Arbeitstag wird das sehr geschätzt. In der WG gehen wir gelegentlich etwas trinken oder essen zusammen, aber wir beide mögen auch unsere Räumlichkeiten und natürlich sind Gäste immer willkommen.

Bezüglich der Möbel wird denjenigen Vorrang eingeräumt, die die Möbel anfordern, da der Vorbesitzer sie nicht benötigt. Es handelt sich um Möbel, die kaum zwei Jahre alt sind (Bett 140 x 200, Nachttisch, Bücherregal mit 4 Schubladen, Garderobe, Schreibtisch, Tisch und Stuhl). Die Couch ist nicht im Lieferumfang enthalten.

Der Preis ist verhandelbar und würde bei etwa 600 Euro liegen (der ursprüngliche Preis lag bei fast 1000 Euro).

Are you looking for a comfortable and cool WG with an amazing location?

We looking for a third roommate. We renting a room of 12 m2 because our former roommate is moving out. Although the room is not very big, it is a great opportunity because the house has common areas such as a living room, with two sofas, dining table and benches. In addition, we have a projector to watch movies, our own washing machine and dishwasher. It is a luxury!

Location
The location is the best of all. We have the U3 (Petuelring) at 5 minutes away walking (Google maps doesn't show it but it's a walk straight from the apartment), the U2 (Milbersthofen) at 7 minutes walking distance, the tram 27 at 5 minutes walking and in case you come back from the city center at night the N27 is the best and leaves you in Petuelring.

The closest bus is the 178 which you can take at the door of the house.

It takes 11 minutes by U-Bahn to Marienplatz.

Also, we have various supermarkets, restaurants and bars close by and the Olympiapark is just 15 minutes away walking so it is amazing for events, concerts or just going there to watch the sunset.


WG live
In the apartment we are Tim (22) and me, Marianne (25). We are looking for a roommate that it will be pleasant and relaxed to be with. We really appreciate the order and the cleaning part, for example, when we finish to use the kitchen, we always are careful to leave it clean for the next one that wants to cook, that actually with the dishwasher is not so hard.

Tim (24) is finishing his thesis in Mechanical Engineering.  He likes to cook and the F1.

Marianne (25) enjoy to cook, pass time with friends and go out for drinks, also, she is a huge fan of sports. Currently, she is working as a dental assistant.

We both are really sociable people, for sure you will laugh with us and after a day of work is really appreciated. In the WG we occasionally have a drink or eat together, but also both like our space and of course guests are always welcome.

Regarding the furniture, priority will be given to those who request the furniture because the former owner does not need it. They are furniture that are barely two years old (140x200 bed, night bed stand, bookcase with 4 drawers, coat rack, desk table and chair) the couch is not included. Its price is negotiable and would be around 600 euros (the original price was almost 1000 euros).
