Mein Zimmer in einer Fünf-Personen WG ist für einen langfristigen Aufenthalt und die Anmeldung in der Stadt verfügbar. Das Zimmer verfügt über einen Schreibtisch, ein Bett, einen Kleiderschrank und eine kleine Küchenzeile, die ich an den neuen Mieter verkaufen möchte.
Die Wohnung verfügt über zwei Bäder und Waschmaschinen im Keller. Sie liegt nur wenige Gehminuten vom Bahnhof Michaelibad entfernt, von wo aus die U-Bahnlinie U5 eine schnelle Anbindung an das Stadtzentrum bietet. Außerdem verkehren die Buslinien 155 und 199 im 20-Minuten-Takt in Richtung Neuperlach oder Ostbahnhof.
Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, umgeben von Natur und in der Nähe des Ostparks, der zu Spaziergängen einlädt.
Edeka ist nur 6 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, oder man kann mit dem Bus zum nahe gelegenen Lidl-Supermarkt fahren.
Du wohnst zusammen mit Carina, Santiago, Helena und Begim. Sie sind sehr freundlich und ruhig, und wir sprechen in der WG Englisch, Deutsch und Spanisch. Da wir keine Gemeinschaftsräume haben (wie ein Wohnzimmer oder eine Küche), teilen wir nicht so viel wie in anderen WGs, aber sie sind immer sehr aufmerksam, wenn du etwas brauchst.

ENGLISH VERSION
My room in a five-person shared flat is available for long-term stay and city registration. The room includes a desk, bed, closet, and a small kitchenette, which I plan to sell to the new tenant.
The flat has two bathrooms and washing machines in the basement. It's just a few minutes' walk from Michaelibad station, where the U5 underground line provides quick access to the city center. Additionally, bus lines 155 and 199 run every 20 minutes towards Neuperlach or Ostbahnhof.
The area is very quiet, surrounded by nature, and close to Ostpark, which is perfect for walks.
Edeka is only a 6-minute walk away, or you can take the bus to the nearby Lidl supermarket.
You'll be living with Carina, Santiago, Helena, and Begim. They are very friendly and quiet, and we speak English, German, and Spanish in the WG. As we don't have common rooms (like a living room or kitchen), we don't share as much as in other shared flats, but they are always very attentive if you need anything.
