The initial rental is from 28 February 2025 to 31 August 2025.
I am a PhD student at the TUM in Patent Law. I am super chilled and looking for a clean and chilled house mate.
I am a big amaPiano/Afro-beats fan but I also like listening to Reggae/Dancehall music, Hip Hop, RnB and Pop Music.
I am a lawyer by profession but I also do some volunteer work for a German NGO based in Africa and specialising in Renewable energy solutions in Zimbabwe, Ghana and Rwanda.
I am a super chilled person and you can talk to me about any topic. Apartment is on the 5th floor and we don't have an elevator.
The apartment is literally 200 meters from the Untersberg ubahn station. (2-3 minutes walk)
Untersbergstrasse Ubahn is both U2 and U8 which makes it perfect for getting you to Hauptbahnhof (8 minutes)
and to Sendlinger Tor (6 minutes).
TUM Luisenstraße and Arcisstrasse 21 (U2 Königsplatz is 9 minutes away)
Theresianstrasse station is 11 minutes away.
The next station from Untersbergstrasse is Giesing Bahnhof so you can also access the S3 and S7 at Giesing Bahnhof.
Kolumbusplatz (U1 and U7) are one stop away (after Silberhornstrasse).
