In meiner Wohnung wird ein gemütliches Zimmer frei! Ich bin Hülya, 43 Jahre alt, und bleibe gern aktiv – ob beim Joggen an der Isar oder beim Training im Fitnessstudio. Ich arbeite Vollzeit und bin 2-3 Tage pro Woche im Homeoffice. Ich bin auch ein großer Fan der Münchner Kulturszene. Von Museen und Theateraufführungen bis hin zu Konzerten – ich bin immer für eine Entdeckungstour zu haben. Dein Zimmer ist 12 m² groß, hell und komfortabel. Die Miete beträgt 700 € inklusive Nebenkosten. Die Wohnung ist zentral gelegen, mit hervorragenden Anbindungen an die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel und in der Nähe von Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Der Flaucher ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Rad entfernt, und das Stadtzentrum ist mit der U2 ab Giesing oder der S-Bahn schnell zu erreichen.

A cozy room is available in my apartment! I'm Hülya, 43 years old, and I enjoy staying active—whether jogging along the Isar or working out at the gym. I work full-time, with 2-3 days a week spent working from home.
I’m also a big fan of Munich's cultural scene, from museums and theater performances to concerts—I'm always up for exploring it all.
Your room is 12m², bright, and comfortable. The rent is €700, including utilities. The apartment is centrally located with excellent public transport connections and close to shopping options. The Flaucher is just a 10-minute bike ride away, and you can reach the city center easily with the U2 from Giesing or by S-Bahn.

Die Wohnung liegt fußläufig ca. 6min zum Giesinger Bahnhof, bei der die U2/S3/S7 fährt, viel Busse in alle Richtungen und die Tram. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten wie DM, Denns Biomarkt, Hit, Penny, Netto, Aldi sind fußläufig erreichbar. Zur Isar fährt ein direkter Bus in wenigen Stationen, dass ist meist meine Joggingoute von hier zum Deutschen Museum und zurück ca. 10km. Der Weissenseepark ist 5min entfernt und lädt im Sommer zum Picknick oder lesen auf der Wiese ein.
Gerne könnt ihr auch für eine befristete Wohnmöglichkeit anfragen.
