Das Zimmer ist 9 Quadratmeter groß, gutes natürliches Licht, voll möbliert und mit Blick auf einen Garten. Die Möbel sind: Bett, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Kleiderschrank, Schubladen, Vorhänge und Kisten zur Aufbewahrung. Es gibt auch einen großen Keller für zusätzliche Lagerung.

There is currently a cozy room in a new, modern apartment in a top location (Schwawing Tor).
The room is 9 square meters, good natural light, fully furnished and overlooking a garden. The furniture is: bed, desk, chair, wardrobe, drawers, curtains and boxes for storage. There is also a large basement for additional storage.
U3 (Bonner Platz) ist weniger als 5 Minuten entfernt, U2 (Scheidplatz) weniger als 10 Minuten entfernt. Es ist neben der Leopoldstraße. Marienplatzt ist circa 10 Minuten weg.
Es gibt 6 Supermärkte innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß (Rewe, Netto, Penny, Lidl, Edeka, DM).
Der Ort ist ruhig. Es ist eine gute Nachbarschaft mit vielen Familien, aber auch WGs, also gibt es ein bisschen Leben.
Es ist gut verbunden und Münchner Freiheit ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Es ist auch 3 Haltestellen vom Olympiazentrum entfernt.

The place is quiet. It is a good neighbourhood with many families, but also shared flats, so there is a bit of life.
It is well connected and Münchner Freiheit is a 10-minute walk away. It is also 3 stops from the Olympic Centre.

Es gibt 4 weitere Mitbewohner (mit dir 5).
Es gibt eine voll ausgestattete Küche (Backofen, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Herd und Geschirr).
Es gibt einen kleinen Tisch im Haus, an dem du auch mit den Mitbewohnern essen kannst :).
Es gibt auch 2 Badezimmer, 1 Vollbad und ein Gäste-WC.
Es gibt auch einen Balkon, perfekt für den Sommer 🥳☀️
Über den Mitbewohner:
Du wirst die brandneue Wohnung mit Melissa, Christian, Sara und Toni teilen:
- Melissa (21 Jahre alt) macht gerade ihr Praktikum zusammen mit BMW. Sie liebt Pflanzen und Reisen. Sie kommt aus den USA.
- Toni (25 Jahre alt) macht gerade einen Master in Design, sie kommt aus Deutschland (aus Münster) und arbeitet in Teilzeit als Verkäuferin.
- Christian (21 Jahre alt) ist dabei, seinen Bachelor in BWL zu beenden. Er ist der einzige Junge im Haus, aber so respektvoll und sauber. Er liebt es zu kochen, ebenso wie Toni, und er kommt aus Bodensee, auch Deutsch.
- Sara (23 Jahre alt) macht einen Austausch in München, um ihre Masterarbeit für Ingenieurwissenschaften zu schreiben. Sie kommt aus Italien, und sie ist ein super nettes Mädchen, das gerne reist.

About the apartment:
There are 4 other roommates (5 with you).
There is a fully equipped kitchen (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, stove and dishes).
There is a small table in the house where you can also eat with the roommates :).
There are also 2 bathrooms, 1 full bath and a guest toilet.
There is also a balcony, perfect for summer 🥳☀️
About the roommate:
You will share the brand new apartment with Melissa, Christian, Sara and Toni:
- Melissa (21 years old) is currently doing her internship together with BMW. She loves plants and traveling. She is from the USA.
- Toni (25 years old) is currently doing a Masters in Design, she is from Germany (from Münster) and works part-time as a saleswoman.
- Christian (21 years old) is about to finish his Bachelor in Business Administration. He is the only boy in the house, but so respectful and clean. He loves to cook, just like Toni, and he's from Lake Constance, also German.
- Sara (23 years old) is doing an exchange in Munich to write her master's thesis in engineering. She's from Italy, and she's a really nice girl who loves to travel.

Die Gesamtmiete beträgt 850 € pro Monat, mit einer Kaution von 1500 €.
Das WLAN wird separat bezahlt (15€ pro Person). Alles, was du brauchst, ist hier, du musst nichts mitbringen.
