we are searching a new flatmate to join our international WG!
Our house is a family house that spreads over 3 floors (basement, groundfloor and first floor). The room is on the first floor. On the same floor there two other bedrooms and the bathroom (with a toilet).
The room comes fully furnished with a bed, a wardrobe a desk and a mirror. There is a shared kitchen and a garden for gatherings.
We also have a laundry area with a washing machine and several racks to hang our clothes.

In the Costs everthing is included also the GEZ and Internet. So no additional costs!
We're also in a great location, just 5 minutes from the Laim U-Bahn station and close to markets and shops. Despite that, our neighborhood is quite residential.
Just wanted to share a bit about our place. We're a diverse bunch, coming from all sorts of places and cultures. We really make an effort to get to know each other and integrate well. It's a fun and welcoming environment!
