With all modesty this is probably one of the most beautiful flats in Munich :)
The flat itself is very spacy with 6 bedrooms, 4 baths, 1 enormous living room with 2 seating areas, a dining area, a bar, a pool table, a fireplace inside, gym equipment and a beamer for movie nights.
We also have in total 3 balconies that are often used for chilling and grilling outside + one more fireplace outside.
Located in the heart of green Bogenhausen, we're just 15 minutes by public transport from Munich city center. It's a 4-minute walk to the Richard Strauss Straße metro stop (U4 line) and several tram and bus lines at Effnerplatz and Herkommerplatz. The Englischer Garten and the Isar are a 15-20 minute walk away, great for the summer.
We’re currently four people, but one of our roommates is now moving in with his girlfriend. So, we're on the hunt for a new flatmate who is fun, ideally working, and ready to join the flat. Move in date is pretty flexible and would be great if you could at least stay for a year.
The flatmates:
- Alexander (32 m): Currently running two businesses with his friends, former consultant (great music taste)
- Raffael (28 m): Gaming company founder and former founder in AI and your go-to guy for game nights
- Alicia (26 f): Strategy consultant plus pretty decent cook, so look forward to the occasional Sunday dinner nights!
We all share a love for sports, gaming, techno, and the occasional metal concert with most social stuff happening on the weekend, when everyone is back from their business trips and down for it. Our flat started as a big friend group and we’d love to keep that vibe going.
