Hi everyone!
I’m looking for a kind and reliable person to sublet my room in our lovely apartment while I’m away for my Erasmus semester. The room will be available from March to July (dates flexible)
About the apartment:
• Located in Isarvorstadt with great connections to public transport
• Shared with my wonderful flatmate, who is friendly and respectful
• Very spacious, perfect for two people
• Large, bright kitchen with plenty of space for cooking and dining
• Spacious bathroom and a big hallway with lots of storage space
• A lovely balcony, perfect for relaxing outside during upcoming spring and sommer months
About the room:
• Comes with a bed and a small storage shelf
• No other furniture included, but there is space to add your own if needed
