Hey hey everyone,
I am gonna leave my WG as i leave Munich. It's a 15-16 m2 room located at Luisenstr 67 in Maxvorstadt, priced at 890€ warm for the entire month . It's shared flat with 4 people (including you). There are A German and 2 turkish boys studying at TUM that are very communicative and friendly.
The apartment is well located, fully equipped, conveniently located just a 3-minute walk from the U2 Theresienstrase und 6 min from Tramways 27-28 Pinakotek.
It features two common areas (bathroom and kitchen) fully furnished . The bedroom itself is furnished and will have all my belongings in it since its a sublet. I will make clear some space accordingly to your needs.The room has a large desk a wardrobe, a bed with a frame, and chair (look at the pictures)
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for daily living, including a kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, and other common kitchen amenities. The bathroom includes a glass shower cabin and is functional and modern.
The *all-in* or *warm* rent already includes ALL expenses: WI FI ,rent, heating, electricity, high-speed internet, GEZ.
