Your future room is one of the 3 rooms in our beautiful sunny shared flat with a stunning wooden floor and it's own balcony. It's already furnished with one bed, one desk, one office chair, plants and shelves. Im addition to the room there are 2 spacious closet rooms which you will use to take less space in your room.
Very well equipped kitchen with stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and all the cooking gears. There are 2 toilets in the flat so nobody will get in each other's way. The apartment is located at 4th floor but we have an elevator.
The rent is including the utilities + electricity + Internet + radio. The additional 50€ is for a cleaning lady which visits 3 times a month therefore nobody needs to do any cleaning in the flat.
Super central location in beautiful Maxvorstadt, between Josephsplatz and Theresienstraße Ubahn-station.
2 min walk to Josephsplatz U2
10/12 min bike to Universität U3/U6
10 min walk to TUM, LMU
3-4min walk to Super markets(Edeka, Rewe, Netto, Rossman, dm)

In general it's a very relaxed and cozy living environment which everyone is mainly busy but from time to time having a small dinner together or a chat in the living room is common only if suites everyone.
