Das Zimmer ist das größte der Wohnung und hat drei große Fenster, sowie einen Balkon. Es ist südseitig ausgerichtet, bekommt also sehr viel natürliches Licht.
Wie man auf den Bildern erkennen kann, ist das Zimmer gestrichen, kann aber auf Wusch vorher wieder weiß gestrichen werden. Schrank sowie Bett können auf Wunsch ohne Kosten übernommen werden.
Insgesamt besteht die Wohnung aus drei Einzel-Zimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, einer separaten Toilette und einem Band (mit Badewanne). Eine Spülmaschine steht in der Küche und ist frei benutzbar, sowie eine Waschmaschine im Waschkeller.
Zudem gibt es ein privates Kellerabteil, in dem man seine Sachen abstellen kann und einen Fahrradkeller.
The room is the largest in the flat and has three large windows and a balcony. It is south-facing, so gets a lot of natural light.
As you can see in the pictures, the room is painted, but can be repainted white beforehand if desired. Wardrobe and bed can be taken over on request at no cost.
In total, the flat consists of three single rooms, a living room, a kitchen, a separate toilet and a bathroom (with bathtub). A dishwasher is in the kitchen and can be used free of charge, as well as a washing machine in the laundry room.
There is also a private cellar compartment where you can store your belongings and a bicycle cellar.
Die Wohnung ist ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Giesinger Bahnhof entfernt, dort fahren S-Bahnen, U-Bahnen, Trams und Busse ab. Weitere Bushaltestellen sind auch ca 5 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, direkt vor der Tür befindet sich ein kleiner Park, innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuß befinden sich zwei weitere etwas größere Parks. 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt sind auch eine Tankstelle, Supermärkte, eine Apotheke, ein Lotto, ein Bank (Stadtsparkasse), ein Dönerladen u.v.m.
Mit dem Fahrrad ist man auch in ca. 15 Minuten an der Isar und/oder in der Innenstadt.
The flat is about a 10-minute walk from Giesing station, where S-Bahn, U-Bahn, trams and buses depart. Other bus stops are also about a 5-minute walk away, there is a small park right outside the door, and within a 10-minute walk there are two other somewhat larger parks. There is also a petrol station, supermarkets, a pharmacy, a lottery, a bank (Stadtsparkasse), a kebab shop and much more within a 10-minute walk.
You can also cycle to the Isar and/or the city centre in about 15 minutes.
Mein Name ist Andrash, ich bin 26 Jahre alt und studiere Lebensmitteltechnologie an der FH. Mein Mitbewohner heißt Jörg, er ist 44 Jahre alt und arbeitet als Videospielprogrammierer. Unsere WG ist eine Mischung aus Zweck- und Wohn-WG, wir machen beide unser Ding, kommen aber auch oft mal zusammen und kochen oder spielen Video-oder Brettspiele.
Ich bin gerne mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs und gehe gerne bouldern oder klettern. Wir sind offen für internationale Mitbewohner, erfahrungsgemäß macht das immer viel Spaß.
My name is Andrash, I'm 26 years old and I'm studying food technology at the FH. My flatmate's name is Jörg, he's 44 years old and works as a video game programmer. Our flat share is a mixture of a functional and a residential flat share, we both do our own thing, but we often get together and cook or play video or board games.
I like to go cycling, bouldering and climbing. We are open to international flatmates, and experience has shown that it is always a lot of fun.
Jörg und ich sind beide Raucher (Gras) und haben bisher in unseren Zimmern und dem Wohnzimmer geraucht. Falls das ein Problem sein sollte begrenzen wir das natürlich auf unsere eigenen Zimmer. Seit April haben wir eine Growbox im Wohnzimmer stehen, der Strom wird über einen Stromzähler erfasst und wird natürlich von mir bezahlt.
Jörg and I are both smokers (weed) and have always smoked in our rooms and the living room. If that should be a problem, we will of course limit it to our own rooms. We've had a grow box in the living room since April, the electricity is recorded via an electricity meter and is of course paid for by me.
