I'm leaving my room for good (I will be moving to a different country). I am looking for someone who wants to take my room in the apartment including the furniture from 1st July 2025 (dates flexible)

Specifically me roommates are looking for a woman, non-student (PhD are welcome, we just don't want full-time students), in her mid twenties-thirties. My room is fully furnished, the only furniture from the landlord is the table, the wardrobe, the drawer and the shelf. The screen is not included. I can also sell the bedsheets and plants (negotiable).

Ich verlasse mein Zimmer für immer (ich werde in ein anderes Land ziehen). Ich bin auf der Suche nach jemandem, der mein Zimmer in der Wohnung einschließlich der Möbel vom 1. Juli 2025 (Termine flexibel) nehmen will.

Konkret suchen meine Mitbewohner eine Frau, die nicht studiert (Doktoranden sind willkommen, wir wollen nur keine Vollzeitstudenten), Mitte zwanzig bis Mitte dreißig. Mein Zimmer ist voll möbliert, die einzigen Möbel vom Vermieter sind der Tisch, der Kleiderschrank, die Schublade und das Regal. Der Bildschirm ist nicht inbegriffen. Ich kann auch die Bettwäsche und Pflanzen verkaufen (verhandelbar).

The apartment is located at the beginning of Bodensee strasse, in Pasing, very close (7-8 min by foot) to the train station. Pasing is a really nice area with everything that you could need to live. There are also bus stops nearby (4-5 min by foot) and also tram stop (5-6 min by foot). The nearest supermarkets are Edeka and Lidl (5 min by foot) but the apartment is also very close to dm, Penny and even Aldi in the Pasing Arcaden (10-12 min by foot). We also have a nice park behind the building.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in Pasing, 7-8 Minuten zu Fuß zum Bahnhof. Pasing ist eine wirklich schöne Gegend mit allem, was man zum Leben braucht. Es gibt auch Bushaltestellen in der Nähe (4-5 min zu Fuß) und auch eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle (5-6 min zu Fuß). Die nächstgelegenen Supermärkte sind Edeka und Lidl (5 min zu Fuß), aber die Wohnung ist auch sehr nah an dm, Penny und sogar Aldi in den Pasing Arcaden (10-12 min zu Fuß). Wir haben auch einen schönen Park hinter dem Gebäude.

In the apartment there are three other lovely girls called Ana, Maite and Isabel. We get along really nicely and we like to spend time together when we can. They are looking for someone to join their home for a bit as we don't have a convenience WG, we are looking for someone that would like to have a nice friendship with them :) We have some share expenses like oil, cleaning supplies and Internet.

In the apartment you will share a bathroom with two other girls (the third one has her own bathroom in the room) that includes two sinks, a bathtub and a shower so we never have space problems! Also the kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, microwave, water boiler, etc... We also have a shared garden that can be seen from the living room.

In der Wohnung leben noch drei andere nette Mädchen namens Ana, Maite und Isabel. Wir verstehen uns sehr gut und wir mögen es, Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, wenn wir können. Sie sind auf der Suche nach jemandem, um ihre Heimat für ein bisschen zu verbinden, wie wir nicht über eine Bequemlichkeit WG, wir sind für jemanden, der eine nette Freundschaft mit ihnen haben möchte suchen :) Wir haben einige gemeinsame Ausgaben wie Öl, Reinigungsmittel und Internet.

In der Wohnung teilen Sie ein Badezimmer mit zwei anderen Mädchen (die dritte hat ihr eigenes Bad im Zimmer), die zwei Waschbecken, eine Badewanne und eine Dusche umfasst, so dass wir nie Platzprobleme haben! Auch die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Waschmaschine, Toaster, Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, etc... Wir haben auch einen gemeinsamen Garten, der vom Wohnzimmer aus gesehen werden kann.

The cold rent is 570€ and the extra costs are 110€ so in total the room is 680€. However, the landlord mention a possibility to increase the extra costs (not yet stablished). The deposit is 1710€.
Extras: we paid for a washing machine in the kitchen for communal use (60€). The internet is 25€/4 =6,25€
