The apartment is huge with a big kitchen with gas stove, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies/roof terrace, dining rom/home office room, yoga/workout space, living room with a fireplace, laundery room with washer and dryer, and an extra half room for guests/chilling out (up the ladder in the photos)
The apartment is an altbau and on the top floor and you do not hear the neighbours, but there is no lift ony steps up ? (4th floor)
Perfect location in Schwabing right next to Hohenzollerplatz (U2) and tram and bus stops, with supermarkets, bakeries, cafes, restaurants, bars and shops all within a 5minute walk. The building is an altbau and the apartment is a maisonette over the top 2 floors (no lift but it’s not so many steps up)
You will stay with 2 male german flatmates (31 and 39) who are the greatest! We all have pur own lives but also often cook together, take care of each other and have movie nights together. Its up to you how much you want to socialise, the apartment is plenty big enough for rcerpne to have their own space. The guys both work full time, home office and out to work, and you can also do home office at the dining table.
No smoking in the house but you can smoke on the balconies if you want
