We are looking for a cool new roommate in our 3 person international, LGBTQ+ 🌈 WG.
Preferably, Female between 25-35 yrs.
We want someone who's clean, fun and okay with smoking.
Room size -9.5 m2
- Including a bed, desk, chair and a wardrobe (No extra charge for the furniture).
- 1 bathroom, 1 kitchen shared with 2 other roommates.
- There is a cellar in the basement for the whole flat.
- Washing Machine is common for the building with a charge of 5€ per month.
- The rent is 600 Euros (cold) per month including the WiFi.
- Radio tax, electricity and heating are extra and shared by all the roommates equally.
The flat is centrally located on Birkerstraße
