- The room is only for 1 woman. No overnight stay for outsiders.
- About ONCE PER WEEK you can use the fully-equipped kitchen (pots, pans, bowls, ...) for cooking. But you can do some light cooking in your own room (as instant noodles, rice, ...) and use fridge, kettle and microwave WHENEVER you want.
- There is no washing machine here (there is several washing stations nearby).
- Prefer Vietnamese/ASEAN/Chinese tenants.

- Das Zimmer ist nur für 1 Frau. Keine Übernachtung für Außenstehende.
- Ungefähr EINMAL PRO WOCHE können Sie die voll ausgestattete Küche (Töpfe, Pfannen, Schüsseln, ...) zum Kochen nutzen. Sie können aber in Ihrem eigenen Zimmer leichte Gerichte kochen (wie Instantnudeln, Reis, ...) und Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle verwenden, WANN immer Sie wollen.
- Es gibt hier keine Waschmaschine (es gibt mehrere Waschstationen in der Nähe).
- Bevorzugt werden vietnamesische/ASEAN-/chinesische Mieter.
