We are looking for a temporary flatmate whilst one of our WG flatmates travels back home over Christmas.
Room:
Your room is spacious, nice and bright thanks to the two windows on both sides of the room. It is also quiet and sleeping with the window open is not a problem. The room has a large built-in closet with a large mirror and an additional built-in closet on the corner for extra storage space.
The apartment is perfect for three people! The bathroom and kitchen are nice and big and the big kitchen table is perfect for inviting friends over. The additional guest toilet is also handy from time to time.
The highlight of the apartment is the direct garden access, which we can use :)
Here you will also find comfortable garden furniture that you can use anytime for breakfast or relaxing outside. From the garden you have direct access to the bridge that leads you to Westpark.
The shared apartment also has enough closets to store all your belongings.
Location
This apartment in the Sendling district is in a prime location for exploring everything Munich has to offer. There is a bus stop just a few steps from your front door and a few minutes walk away there are a number of restaurants, cafes and shops that cater to every taste and interest.
For grocery shopping you can visit the nearby supermarkets such as EDEKA, Aldi and Lidl, all within walking distance. There is also DM nearby. If you prefer to do your shopping at local markets, the Sendlinger weekly market, which takes place every Friday and Saturday, is also easily accessible. Furthermore, the FORUM Schwanthalerhöhe is also accessible.
For nature lovers, the Isar and Westpark are easy to reach on foot or by bike and offer many opportunities for relaxation and recreation. The entrance to Westpark is right in front of the apartment and therefore offers the best jogging route.
The transport connections are great: there is a bus stop right in front of the apartment. If this is not running, you can also walk to the subway stations Schwanthalerhöhe (6 min) or Poccistr (8 min). This means you can get to any corner of the city really quickly.
The room comes already furnished with a bed and couch, but we ask that you bring your own sheets and pillow.
Please note that this is only a short term stay, and we do not have the possibility of extending.
