Bright and spacious room in a beautiful large high-value apartment available from 01.12 for a short-term rent with the possibility to extend the contract.
Located centrally, 7 min walk from the U-bahn station Sendlinger Tor, and 2 min walk from the U-bahn station Goetheplatz
Currently 1 person living in the apartement. I‘ve been living in the flat for more than a year and after my partner moved out I am looking for someone to take over the second room. I am 33 y.o., work in consulting for pharmaceutical companies, and speak English and also some German. I tend to work a lot during the week (mostly home office) and would appreciate someone who has the same schedule.
In my free time, I do pilates, play badminton, and meet friends. I would love to have someone who is easy-going and would look after the flat.
