For our beautiful 4-room apartment, with 112 sqm living space, we are looking for two nice, quiet, clean, working tenants from December 15th (alternatively from (see below) for a period of one year, (with possible extension).
The rental period is initially limited to 1 year due to personal use.
The apartment is on the 1st floor of a single-family house and is spread over 2 floors.
On the 1st floor there is:
1.- the living room with dining room and open kitchen (used as a common room for all 3 residents). From here you have access to a sunny, quiet balcony with a view of the greenery.
The kitchen is fully equipped. From refrigerator, freezer, stove, microwave to dishes, cutlery and glasses.
2.- the bathroom with bathtub, shower and washing machine
3.- a small room with a very large built-in closet. -> Still available
4.- another bright room with two balcony doors. -> Still available
In Attic, which can be reached from the living room via a staircase,
is:
the 4th room with a large window front, a dormer window, private bathroom -> this is already rented
a wonderful gallery with a view of the living room and the garden and a small west-facing balcony.
As the house only has a partial basement, there is no basement compartment and no parking space.
There is parking on the streets in the area.
The rooms are now fully furnished (so don't be fooled by the photos).
A new washing machine was recently purchased (October 2024), which would have to be replaced by the previous tenants (new price 330 euros, i.e. 110 per person).
We would be very happy if you could write us a little about yourself in advance, perhaps add a photo, what you do for a living, how long you would need the room for and when a viewing appointment would be suitable in the next few days.

Location
The entrances to the A99, A9 and A92 motorways can also be reached in just a few minutes.
The city centre and the airport can be reached in 19 minutes by S-Bahn.
There are also good bus connections to Garching, Dachau and the city (near BMW).
The two castles of Oberschleißheim and Lustheim, with the beautiful castle park and the nearby Berglwald, offer wonderful opportunities for walking, cycling and jogging.
On sunny days you can relax wonderfully in the beautiful, shady castle beer garden.
In summer, many classical concerts and open-air events and the garden show also take place in the castle park. The castle park is also just a 5-minute walk from the house.
On sunny summer days, you can drive to Lake Renata in just 12 minutes and sunbathe and cool off in the lake. In addition, the Lerchenauer, Feldmochinger and Unterschleißheimer lakes are quick and easy to reach.
There are also numerous cafes and restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
From Italian and Greek to Chinese and Vietnamese, all are represented here.
There are also plenty of shopping opportunities.
The doctor's office is on the same street and can also be reached in a few minutes.
