Das Zimmer wird voll möbliert vermietet. Es hat ein großes Bett (1,40mx2m), einen Kleiderschrank, Schreibtisch, Stuhl, Nachttisch. Das einzige, was fehlt, ist eine Bettdecke und Bettlacken.
Es gibt keine Ablösesumme und die Miete ist bis zum 15.09.2025 befristet.
Ich ziehe aus der Wohnung aus, da ich in meine eigene Wohnung ziehe.

sehr zentral. In nur 5 Minuten erreichen Sie die Bahnhaltestelle "Obersendlingen" und von dort sind Sie in 10 Minuten am Marienplatz.
In dieser Gegend gibt es zwei Edekas, einen Lidl, Rossmann usw., die alle zu Fuß oder mit dem Bus erreichbar sind.
Es ist eine Wohngegend, daher eher ruhiger.

Around this area there are two Edekas, one Lidl, Rossman, etc all reachable by foot or bus.
It is a residential neighborhood so it is pretty quiet.
In der WG leben noch zwei weitere Personen: Saro (21) und Luca Marie (21). Saro studiert auf Lehramt und ist mindestens 4-5 Mal in der Woche in der Wohnung, sonst besucht er seine Familie zu Hause. Ansonsten geht er ins Fitnessstudio und kocht ab und zu. Als Person würde ich ihn als sehr gesprächig und aufgeschlossen beschreiben :-).
Luca ist zum Arbeiten hier in München, sie arbeitet als Werkstudentin bei einer grossen Sportfirma und ist von Donnerstag - Mo in der Wohnung, dann fährt sie für ein paar Tage weg, um ihre Familie zu besuchen. Sie liebt Sport über alles und ist ebenfalls seeehr gesprächig.
Beide Mitbewohner sind unglaublich freundlich und wir verstehen uns gut. Wir lieben es, in der Küche oder im Zimmer des anderen zu reden und sogar etwas nach der Arbeit/Uni oder so zu tun, aber es ist keine Voraussetzung!

In the flat share are two others: Saro (21) and Luca Marie (21). Saro studies to become a teacher and he is at least 4-5 times a week at the flat, he tends to go home to visit his family. Otherwise he goes to the gym and cooks from time to time.
Luca is here in Munich to work; she works in communication and is in the flat from Thursday - Mo, then she leaves for a couple of days to visit her family.
They are incredibly friendly and we get along well, we love to talk in the kitchen or in each other’s rooms and even do something after work or so, but it is not a requirement!

ansonsten sende mir eine Bürgschaft, dass wird von der Vermieterin verlangt, um die Miete abzudecken.

Ohne die Sachen kann ich dich leider nicht berücksichtigen.
