Ich suche ab dem 01.12. einen Mitbewohner für meine 2-Zimmer-Wohnung in Schwabing-Freimann, Kieferngarten. Die Wohnung liegt im grünen aber auch super praktisch – nur 10 Minuten Fußweg zur U-Bahn bzw. 5 zum Bus.
Das biete ich dir:
• 1 Zimmer (15m²) in einer gepflegten Wohnung
• Gemeinsames Bad und Küche (komplett ausgestattet)
• Eine freundliche und ruhige Wohnatmosphäre
In der Wohnung wohnen wir insgesamt zu zweit. Ich bin unkompliziert, ordentlich und suche jemanden, der das gleiche schätzt.
