The room is furnished and is very spacious. I am moving to Frankfurt and will sell my stuff for 120EUR which include a desk, a chair, a rug, a drying rack, and two shelves.
The room is on the 8th floor. There is an elevator available. The room gets lots of sun during the day. There is a sofa that can be turned into a bed as well.
There is a balcony that belongs to the room which you can use during the summer days.
p.s. The rent includes everything even the radio tax.
The Hasenberglsüd bus stop is just around the corner. The U-Bahn, Hasenbergl Station, is only 4 mins away by bus and 11 mins by foot. The Feldmoching S1 station is 6-7 mins away by bus.
Also Lidl and Tedi are both 2 mins away.
Your roommates are quiet and very friendly. We haven't done anything together as our schedules are different but we do talk if we happen to cook at the same time.
The room is available from the 10th of January and can be rented for a long-term. Registration is possible. To rent the apartment, you have to prove you pay the rent via your employment contract.
