Das Zimmer ist ca. 18 m² groß und verfügt über ein großes Fenster, sowie über Möbel wie ein Bett, Sofa, Fernsehtisch und ein großes Ikea-Regal. Die Warmmiete beträgt 600 € pro Monat, inklusive Internet. Die Kaution beträgt 1200 €.
Lage:
Die Wohnung ist hervorragend an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr angebunden. Die nächste Tramstation ist nur 3 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt und die U-Bahn-Station (Friedenheimer Straße) ist in ca. 10 Minuten erreichbar. Die S-Bahn-Station Hirschgarten liegt ebenfalls 10 Minuten entfernt.
WG-Situation:
Du würdest mit meinem Mitbewohner (37 Jahre alt) zusammenwohnen. Er ist ein offener und freundlicher Mensch, der Muay Thai als Hobby hat.
In der WG herrscht eine entspannte Atmosphäre – wir genießen ruhige Zeiten, aber es gibt auch gemeinsames Abende.
Die Wohnung ist ruhig und ideal für jemanden, der eine freundliche und respektvolle WG sucht.
Verfügbarkeit:
Das Zimmer ist vom 2. Februar 2025 bis zum 20. April 2025 verfügbar. Die Monatsmiete für April wird anteilig berechnet.
Sonstiges:
- keine Haustiere erlaubt
- nur Nichtraucher*inen
- Personen mit grünem Daumen werden bevorzugt, da ich gerne meine geliebten Pflanzen da lassen würde

The apartment is excellently connected to public transport. The nearest tram stop is just a 3-minute walk away, and the Friedenheimer Straße U-Bahn station is about 10 minutes away. The Hirschgarten S-Bahn station is also a 10-minute walk.
Flatshare situation:
You’ll be living with my flatmate, a 37-year-old male. He’s an open and friendly person who practices Muay Thai as a hobby. The apartment has a relaxed atmosphere – there’s plenty of quiet time, but we also enjoy occasional evenings together. The flat is quiet and perfect for someone looking for a friendly and respectful shared living space.

The room is available from February 2, 2025, to April 20, 2025. The rent for April will be prorated.
