Der beste Teil dieser Wohnung ist die Lage. Sie befindet sich am Giesinger Bahnhofplatz, und die Haustür liegt buchstäblich 10 Meter vom Eingang zur U-Bahn und eine Minute von der S-Bahn entfernt. You have connections to U2, U7, U8, S3, S7, S5, and right in front of the door, there’s tram 18 as well as a large number of buses. Additionally, within a 1-minute walk, you’ll find a HIP supermarket, a DM, several pharmacies, and a Biomarkt. A PENNY is a 5-minute walk away, and an ALDI SÜD is 10 minutes away. Furthermore, at Giesinger Bahnhofplatz itself, there are several bakeries and restaurants, such as kebab shops. Gyms are less than a ten-minute walk away.
