Küche und Badezimmer werden mit den anderen Mitbewohner*innen geteilt, was eine entspannte und gemeinschaftliche Atmosphäre schafft.
Newly renovated room on the second floor of a 4-person shared apartment. The room is fully furnished and has everything you need for your stay. It features a large window with blinds, allowing plenty of natural light, making the room bright and cozy. The kitchen and bathroom are shared with the other roommates, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere.
Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend und ist nur wenige Gehminuten vom S-Bahnhof Westkreuz entfernt (S6 und S8, eine Station von Pasing). Direkt gegenüber findest du Supermärkte wie Penny und Edeka, die deinen Einkauf super praktisch machen. Außerdem gibt es eine Bushaltestelle (Linien 57 und 162) direkt vor dem Gebäude. Die Lage ist perfekt für alle, die sowohl Ruhe als auch eine gute Anbindung suchen.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area, just a short walk from the S-Bahn station Westkreuz (S6 and S8, one stop from Pasing). Supermarkets like Penny and Edeka are right across the street, making grocery shopping very convenient. Additionally, there is a bus stop (lines 57 and 162) directly in front of the building. The location is ideal for those who want both peace and good transport connections.
In der WG wohnen zwei berufstätige Männer und eine Studentin. Die Atmosphäre ist locker und freundlich, und wir verbringen gerne mal Zeit zusammen – sei es bei einem Feierabendbier, gemeinsamen Unternehmungen wie Bowling oder einfach entspannten Gesprächen. Und ja, Bier gibt’s manchmal auch umsonst! 😉
Damit alles sauber bleibt, haben wir einen wöchentlich rotierenden Putzplan, bei dem jede*r abwechselnd für bestimmte Bereiche verantwortlich ist. Das macht das Zusammenleben angenehm und unkompliziert.
Internationale Leute sind herzlich willkommen! Die Hauptsprache in der WG ist Englisch, sodass sich alle wohlfühlen und gut verständigen können.
The flatmates are two working guys and one female university student. The atmosphere is friendly and relaxed – we enjoy spending time together, whether it’s grabbing a beer, going out for bowling, or just having a casual chat. And yes, sometimes we even offer free beer! 😉
To keep the apartment clean, we have a weekly rotating cleaning schedule where everyone takes turns handling certain areas.
International people are very welcome! The main language in the apartment is English, so communication is easy, and everyone feels comfortable.
