The room you’d be moving into is cozy and fully furnished – perfect for relaxing days and nights. It’s quiet, as the windows block out street noise, and you’ll get plenty of sunlight starting around noon since it faces south. There’s tons of storage space, like under the bed, on top of the wardrobe, and even in the little hallway. Plus, there’s an extra storage room in the big hallway and a basement if you need more space.☀️🪴🪟🛌✨
The apartment itself has a big kitchen with a double-sided fridge, a bathroom, and a separate room for the toilet with another sink. Both bathrooms have windows. There’s also a washing machine and a dishwasher – so convenient! In the hallway, there’s a large dining table to hang out and enjoy meals. The apartment is on the 4th floor (no elevator), but there’s a courtyard where you can store your bike. Plus, there are plenty of parking spots if you have a parking permit. Addtionally, there’s a big rooftop on the 5th floor – the perfect spot to relax, working out, having a drink and enjoy the view. 🍜🍲🛀✨🫧🚽🅿️🏙️🚲🧘🏼♀️

Das Zimmer, in das du einziehen würdest, ist gemütlich und voll möbliert – perfekt für entspannte Tage und Nächte. Es ist ruhig, da die Fenster den Straßenlärm abhalten, und du bekommst ab etwa mittags viel Sonnenlicht, da es nach Süden zeigt. Es gibt jede Menge Stauraum, wie unter dem Bett, oben auf dem Schrank und sogar im kleinen Flur. Zudem gibt es einen extra Abstellraum im großen Flur und einen Keller, falls du noch mehr Platz brauchst. ☀️🪴🪟🛌✨
Die Wohnung selbst hat eine große Küche mit einem doppelseitigen Kühlschrank, ein Badezimmer und ein separates Zimmer für die Toilette mit einem weiteren Waschbecken. Beide Badezimmer haben Fenster. Außerdem gibt es eine Waschmaschine und einen Geschirrspüler – super praktisch! Im Flur steht ein großer Esstisch, an dem man entspannen und Mahlzeiten genießen kann. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4. Stock (kein Aufzug), aber es gibt einen Innenhof, in dem du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst. Zudem gibt es viele Parkmöglichkeiten, wenn du einen Parkausweis hast. Zusätzlich gibt es eine große Dachterrasse im 5. Stock – der perfekte Ort zum Entspannen, für ein Workout, einen Drink oder einfach, um die Aussicht zu genießen. 🍜🍲🛀✨🫧🚽🅿️🏙️🚲🧘🏼♀️
