ich vermiete mein möbliertes WG-Zimmer in München-Pasing unter. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen und dennoch super angebundenen Lage, nur 3 Gehminuten vom Pasinger Bahnhof entfernt (S-Bahn-Stammstrecke, Tram, Busse). Die Innenstadt erreicht man in ca. 15 Minuten mit der S-Bahn, und auch nachts gibt es durch die Tram eine durchgehende Verbindung.
Das Zimmer:
Größe: 17 m²
Möbliert (inkl. Schrank, Schreibtisch, Kommode & Bett – einige Möbel werden ausgetauscht)
Großes Fenster mit viel Tageslicht
In einer 4er-WG mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern
Gemeinschaftsräume: große Küche, Bad + separate Toilette
Mietzeitraum & Kosten:
Einzug ab 10. März (vorher noch untervermietet)
März: 550€ warm (wegen kürzerer Mietdauer)
April – Juli: 650€ warm pro Monat
Besichtigung & Kontakt:
Besichtigungen sind bereits im Februar möglich, jedoch nur nach Absprache, da das Zimmer aktuell noch vermietet ist.

Furnished Room in a Shared Apartment in Munich-Pasing – Temporary Rental (March 10 – July)
Hi everyone,
I’m subletting my furnished room in a shared apartment in Munich-Pasing. The apartment is in a great location, just a 3-minute walk from Pasing Station, which provides excellent transport connections (S-Bahn main line, tram, and buses). You can reach the city center in about 15 minutes by S-Bahn, and there is also a night tram running throughout the night.
About the Room:
Size: 17 m²
Fully furnished (includes a wardrobe, desk, dresser & bed – some furniture will be replaced)
Large window with plenty of natural light
Shared apartment with 3 roommates (currently 2 others living there)
Common areas: large kitchen, bathroom + separate toilet
Rental Period & Costs:
Available from March 10 (currently sublet until then)
March: €550 (reduced due to shorter rental period)
April – July: €650 per month (all-inclusive)
Viewings & Contact:
Viewings are possible in February, but need to be arranged in advance as the room is still occupied.
