Hi zusammen,
Falls du nach einer seelenlosen, anonymen Zweck-WG suchst, dann bist du hier vermutlich falsch. Bei uns heißt WG-Leben gemeinsamer sonntäglicher Weißwurst-Brunch, Filmabende und gemeinsame Ausflüge an den Egarten oder die Münchner Seen.
Da ich aus dieser schönen Oase ausziehe, suchen wir zum 01.03.2025 ein neues WG-Mitglied!
Dein Zimmer wird möbliert vermietet (also ich würde es zwar eher teilweise möbliert nennen.... also: Bett und Schrank, in der Miete inbegriffen). Um den Platz voll ausnutzen zu können hatte ich den Schrank in einem weiteren kleinen Zimmer der WG stehen gehabt - das würden wir dir auch anbieten (aber du kannst es natürlich machen wie du magst, der
Schrank ist auf jeden Fall da und kann von dir verwendet werden:)). Insgesamt hat das Zimmer 7-8qm, ist sehr hell, mit dunklem Parkett und - das Highlight- einen PRIVAT-Zugang zu unserem Balkon! Wir haben 12qm ( ganz schön sneaky von uns :/) angegeben, weil wir mit unseren coolen WG nicht direkt aus eurem Filter rausfallen wollen!
Unsere WG hat ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer und eine große Küche mit Kochinsel, das Herzstück der WG. Hier kann man lernen/arbeiten oder auch gemeinsam Zeit verbringen.
Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet mit Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster und allem was das Herz begehrt.
Es gibt ein riesiges Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne und zusätzlich ein Gäste-WC. Waschmaschine ist vorhanden und eine Abstellkammer wo man z.B. Skier und Surfboards unterbringen kann.
Die Wohnung ist top modern und mit Fußbodenheizung und elektrischen Rolladen ausgestattet.
Es gibt einen ruhigen Innenhof, wo du dein Fahrrad abstellen kannst (in die Richtung liegt auch dein Zimmer, es gibt also keinen nervigen Straßenlärm) und einen Aufzug.

Looking for a quiet, soulless apartment, maybe go
elsewhere. In search of Sunday morning Weißwurst, family movie night, good times in the e-garden, and the occasional rage cage game, you came to the right place.
Since our roommate is moving out of our flat share, we are looking for a new flat share member on 01.07!
Your room will be rented out furnished (bed and closet, included in the rent). In order to make full use of the space, your previous tenant had her closet in another small room- we would offer that too (but of course you can do it as you like, the closet is definitely there and can be used by you :))
Overall, the room has 7-8 square meters, is very bright, with dark parquet and - the highlight -PRIVATE access to our balcony! We specified 12 square meters because we don't want to fall straight out of your filter with our cool flat share!
Our flat share has a very large living room that makes learning / working together a little easier if you want to study / work outside of your room.
The room is the area marked in red on the floor plan.
We have a large living room with a sofa and dining table that is directly connected to the open kitchen. This is fully equipped with a cooking island, coffee machine, dishwasher and all possible cooking utensils that we like to use for joint cooking evenings. There is also a huge bathroom with a
bathtub and shower, an additional guest toilet, a washing machine and a storage room for suitcases, skis, snowboards, surfboards, etc.
Since the apartment was refurbished last year, everything is very well renovated. That's why we have such crazy things as underfloor heating and electric shutters. The house has a quiet inner courtyard, perfect for parking your bike.
Internet, electricity and water are included in the rent. There is also an elevator - which is handy for moving to the 5th floor.
You would be living together with Federico and Moritz. The other room is also available since Mattis and Johannes are moving out.
Moritz is 24 and currently studying architecture at TMU. Federico is working for a munich startup.
Before or after work and on the weekend you can find us in the gym, cooking or running around the Theresienwiese. We all get along very well and lead a harmonious flat-sharing community. Since we have a well-equipped kitchen (see pictures), we also cook together. We are also happy to come together for a board game evening or a cozy beer (1-2) on our amazing balcony. Please write the word „Erhellung“ in the beginning of your text to know that you actually read everything!
Every now and then we throw a flat share party or just invite friends over to us while we are chilled. It is also important to us that everyone still has their freedom and can withdraw if necessary. As you can see, this is not supposed to be a purpose-built flat share. So it would of course be great if you feel like integrating yourself into our community :)
