Das Zimmer ist 18 m Quadratmeter groß und schön hell (Richtung Süden), es ist unmöbliert (einen Schrank gibt es im Flur). Es ist auf Ende Juni befristet, da dann eine Mieterhöhung kommt (eventuell ist es möglich, die Wohnung für einen teureren Preis zu übernehmen dann). Es kostet 653 Euro warm. Die Wohnung liegt im 3. Stock. Es gibt Fahrradplätze.

The room is 18 square meters and very bright (south-facing). It is unfurnished (there is a closet in the hallway). It is limited to the end of June, because then there will be a rent increase (maybe it is possible to take over the apartment for a more expensive price then). It costs 653 euros including heating and other costs. The apartment is on the 3rd floor. There are bicycle stands.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Maxvorstadt, sehr gut angebunden an Bus und Bahn. Nächste Haltestellen sind Theresienstraße und Königsplatz. Man ist außerdem schnell beim Bahnhof. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Läden in der Nähe. Ich mag die Lage gerne :)

The apartment is located in Maxvorstadt, very well connected to bus and train. The closest stops are Theresienstrasse and Königsplatz. You can also quickly reach the train station. There are many shops and stores nearby. I like the location :)
Du würdest mit mir, Lotta, wohnen. Ich bin Doktorandin am Rachel Carson Center in München in Environmental Humanities. Ich koche und backe gerne, und gehe tanzen, Radfahren und verbringe Zeit in der Natur und mit meinen FreundInnen. In der Wohnung hab ich es allerdings gerne ruhiger und finde Sauberkeit auch wichtig (also einmal in der Woche zusammen oder abwechselnd zu putzen). Für mich ist die Wohnung also eher ein Rückzugsort. Ich würde mich freuen, mit jemanden zu wohnen, der ab und zu auch gerne zusammen kocht (vegetarisch :) und was zusammen macht, ist aber kein Muss.

You would be living with me, Lotta. I am a PhD candidate at the Rachel Carson Center in Munich in Environmental Humanities. I like to cook and bake, and I enjoy going dancing, cycling and spending time in nature and with my friends. In the apartment, however, I like it to be quieter and I also think cleanliness is important (so cleaning together or taking turns once a week). So for me, the apartment is more of a retreat. I would be happy to live with someone who also likes to cook together from time to time (vegetarian :) and does things together, but that's not a must.
