Die Wohnung hat insgesamt 120 qm und 4 Zimmer, außerdem einen Balkon mit direktem Zugang zum eigenen Garten.
Die Gemeinschaftsräume sind ein sehr großes Wohnzimmer, die gemütliche Wohnküche, inkl. Spülmaschine und alles, was man in einer Küche so braucht. Es gibt ein Bad mit Fenster, Dusche und Badewanne, und außerdem eine zweite, separates Gästetoilette.
Im Keller gibt es eine Waschmaschine, die du mitbenutzen kannst. Eine Putzhilfe kommt alle 2 Wochen und ist im Mietpreis schon enthalten.
Die Miete beinhaltet auch die Betriebs- und Heizkosten sowie Kosten für Internet.

The common areas are a very large living room, the cozy and spacious eat-in kitchen, incl. dishwasher and everything you need in a kitchen. There is a bathroom with window, shower and bathtub, as well as a second, separate guest toilet.
There is a washing machine in the basement that you can use. A cleaner comes every 2 weeks and is included in the rent.
The rent also includes the operating and heating costs as well as internet costs.
