Hi zusammen,
ich such eine neue, sympathische, aufgeschlossene Mitbewohnerin (weiblich), da meine Freundin zu ihrem Freund zieht. Aber jetzt erstmal zur Wohnung, diese hat 70m2, ein gemeinsames Wohn- und Esszimmer, einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof (siehe Bild) und ein kleines und ein großes Schlafzimmer, welches deines sein wird (teilmöbliert). Die Wohnung ist in Maxvorstadt an der Grenze zu Schwabing in einer sehr ruhigen und schönen Lage, viele Restaurants und Bars sind direkt um die Ecke, sehr traumhafte Lage!
Tramlinie 27 ist 1 min zu Fuß erreichbar, Universität (U3/U6) und Josephplaz (U2) sind jeweils 10 min zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 10 min zum Marienplatz oder zum Hbf. Und in den englischen Garten ist man in 10-15 min.
Ich arbeite in einer Unternehmensberatung und gehe oft ins Büro und mache an 1-2 Tagen Home Office. Ich mach gerne Sport unter der Woche (2× Kampfsport und wenn es sich noch ausgeht Schwimmen mit anschließendem Saunabesuch), treffe mich mit Freunden und am Wochenende bin ich gerne in den Bergen (Wandern, Skifahren) und/oder gehe in einen Club feiern. Mir ist es wichtig, dass wir uns beide in der Wohnung wohlfühlen und uns verstehen um auch mal was zusammen unternehmen zu können (z.B. wandern, in eine Bar gehen, kochen, ...), aber auch jeder hauptsächlich unabhängig und selbstständig unterwegs ist. Sauberkeit ist mir auch wichtig, wenn mal Teller rumstehen oder der Badputz am Wochenende dann doch mal kürzer ausfällt, weil man unterwegs war, dann ist das auch fein für mich.

Hi everyone,
I'm looking for a new, friendly, open-minded roommate (female) as my friend is moving in with her boyfriend. But first about the apartment, it has 70m2, a shared living and dining room, a small balcony to the inner courtyard (see picture) and a small and a large bedroom, which will be yours (partly furnished). The apartment is in Maxvorstadt on the border to Schwabing in a very quiet and nice location, many restaurants and bars are just around the corner, very fantastic location!
Tram line 27 is 1 min walking distance, University (U3/U6) and Josephplaz (U2) are each 10 min walking distance. By bike it is only 10 minutes to Marienplatz or the main train station. And you can be in the English Garden in 10-15 minutes.
I work in a management consultancy and often go to the office and work from home only on 1-2 days. I like to do sports during the week, meet up with friends and on weekends I like to go to the mountains (hiking, skiing), go clubbing or visit my family. It's important to me that we get along well and both feel comfortable in the apartment and also do things together by now and then (e.g. hiking, going to a bar, cooking, ...), but also that we do our own stuff most of the time. Also important that we keep our apartment clean.
