I am subletting my room for month April as I will be out of town. The room is located in the basement, accessible via a spiral staircase from the living room. It is spacious, very bright and fully furnished.
The monthly rent is 583.67€ and no deposit needed. Additionally, there is a 6€ fee for the radio/television license.
The apartment has two balconies, one of which is freely accessible from the living room. There is a bathroom with a bathtub, a separate small toilet, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Additionally, a washing machine is available in the basement.
Please note that we have a friendly cat (Diego) living in the apartment, so it’s ideal for someone who is comfortable with pets.
The flat is located in a quiet side street, 10 minutes away from Westpark. The nearest bus stop
(Fernpaßstraße) is just 2 minutes away and the metro station (Partnachplatz) only 5 minutes. So you
can be at Sendlinger Tor in around 15-20 minutes. There is also a Penny, Rewe City, Norma,
Sparkasse, a post office and a Rossmann nearby.
Currently, our flat share consists of Feli, Selina, and me, Spyros. We get along very well and occasionally organize flat activities like movie or game nights—while still respecting each other's privacy, of course.
It’s important to us to maintain a relaxed and friendly atmosphere in the flat. We’re looking for someone who is open-minded, enjoys shared flat activities, and loves animals (since Diego, our cat, is part of the family now! 😊). A basic sense of cleanliness is also appreciated.
Currently, Selina is looking for an apartment to live on her own but she doesn't know exactly when she is going to move out. This means that if you are interested (and of course if you are lucky), you may get a permanent room! :) Please write to us with a brief introduction about yourself, what you study or work in, what you enjoy doing in your free time, and when you would be available for a first visit.
