In unserer WG wird ein Kleines schnuckeliges 11qm Zimmer im Erdgeschoss frei. Möbel lasse ich nach absprache für den Monat drinnen :) (va Bett)
Geplant ist eine Vermietung ab 8. März, ich bin da aner noch recht flexibel, evtl geht auch früher
n our shared apartment, a small cozy 11m² room on the ground floor will be available. I can leave the furniture inside for the month, by arrangement , (espacially a bed):)
The planned rental start is March 8th, but I’m still quite flexible with that, earlier is possible Maybe
4 Gehminuten zur U1 Gern. 1 Station zum Rotkreuzplatz.

Die WG ist recht neu zusammengewürfelt, da die Wohnung bald aufgelöst wird. Einer von den 3 boys wohnt seit einen halben Jahr hier und ist super sympathisch und die anderen Beiden ziehen jetzt gerade erst ein. Bisher waren wir aber immer eine sehr schöne Konstellation und man konnte gemütlich auf der Terasse frühstücken oder in der Wohnküche chillen.
The shared apartment is fairly newly put together since the flat will be dissolved soon. One of the three guys has been living here for half a year and is super friendly, and the other two are just moving in now.
So far, we’ve always had a really nice dynamic, and we could comfortably have breakfast on the terrace or chill in the living kitchen.
