Ich biete mein gemütliches Zimmer in unserer internationalen WG zur Untermiete an. Die WG besteht aus fünf anderen netten Mädels, die entweder studieren oder arbeiten. Wir haben eine ruhige und angenehme Atmosphäre, und auch die Umgebung ist nicht laut.
Das Zimmer ist 11 m² groß, möbliert und hat ein großes Highlight: einen riesigen Balkon mit wunderschöner Aussicht auf die Berge und den Park direkt hinter dem Haus. Die U5-Station Quiddestraße ist nur 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, und von dort braucht man ca. 30 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof.

Eine Besichtigung kann am 24.02. vormittags oder am 26.02. nachmittags stattfinden.

Hey everyone!
I’m renting out my cozy room in our international WG. The flat is shared with five other lovely girls who are either studying or working. We have a quiet and pleasant atmosphere, and the area itself is also not noisy.
The room is 11 m², fully furnished, and has a special highlight: a huge balcony with a beautiful view of the mountains and the park right behind the house. The U5 station Quiddestraße is just a 10-minute walk away, and from there, it takes about 30 minutes to get to the central station.
