Hallo, ich gebe mein Zimmer in einer schönen 2er WG zur Zwischenmiete frei. Zeitraum: 26.05-05.07.2025, vielleicht auch ein wenig länger.
Sehr zentrale Lage zwischen Hackerbrücke und Theresienwiese. Vor der Tür ist die Tram Station Holzapfelstraße.
Die Mitbewohnerin ist 31 Jahre alt, aus Italien und macht derzeit ihr PhD. Du solltest English sprechen können (oder italienisch oder spanisch).
Bilder füge ich später hinzu, bin gerade auf der Arbeit. Besichtigung wäre nach Absprache jederzeit möglich, auch per Videocall. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in fußläufiger Nähe.
Die Miete: 1400€ bezieht sich auf den gesamten Zeitraum.

I’m offering my room in a beautiful 2-person shared apartment for sublet.
Period: May 26 – July 5, 2025 (possibly a bit longer).
Location: Very central, between Hackerbrücke and Theresienwiese. The tram station Holzapfelstraße is right in front of the building. The Hauptbahnhof (Central Station) is within walking distance.
Your flatmate is a 31-year-old PhD student from Italy. You should be able to speak English (or Italian or Spanish).
Rent: €1400 for the entire period.
I’ll add pictures later as I’m currently at work. Viewings can be arranged anytime by appointment, also via video call.
