Der Raum ist sehr privat und besteht aus zwei Zimmern: einem Schlafzimmer und einem kleinen Wohnbereich. Zudem können die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche des Hauses, wie die Küche und das Wohnzimmer, mitbenutzt werden. Das Haus selbst ist sehr charmant, und die Familie ist deutsch-ecuadorianisch. Sie suchen einen Student/in, der/die meinen Platz übernimmt. Die Miete beinhaltet alle Nebenkosten, einschließlich Strom, Wasser, Heizung, Internet sowie Rundfunk- und Fernsehgebühren. Es gibt keine zusätzlichen Kosten.

I am an international student leaving soon, so my room will be available. It is a beautiful family house in Sendling, where I rent the top floor. The space is very private and consists of two rooms: a bedroom and a small living area. Additionally, you can use the common areas of the house, such as the kitchen and the living room. The house itself is charming, and the family is German-Ecuadorian. They are looking for a student to take my place. The rent includes all utilities, such as electricity, water, heating, internet, and radio and TV fees. There are no additional costs.

Die Nachbarschaft ist sehr schön. Die nächste öffentliche Verkehrsanbindung ist der Bus 63 an der Haltestelle Höglwörtherstraße, aber auch der Bus 53 und die U3 an der Haltestelle Aidenbachstraße sind ganz in der Nähe. Es gibt viele Supermärkte und Restaurants in der Umgebung.

The neighborhood is very nice. The nearest public transport is bus 63 at the Höglwörtherstraße stop, but bus 53 and the U3 at Aidenbachstraße are also very close. There are many supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Usually, only the parents are here, but sometimes their son is as well. They are all very kind and welcoming. There are some shared areas, like the kitchen, so you will sometimes see them.
