The room itself is pretty spacious. Every piece of furniture that you see in the photos will stay. So it is fully furnished.
The kitchen is quite big and it will be mostly used by you. There is also a washing machine.
The location is really amazing. It is 5 mins walk to Josephsplatz Ubahn stop, 2 mins walk to Elisabethmarkt. You can all the shops near by.
This is not a typical WG. you will share the house with your landlady. She is 78 years old and mostly spends her day at her daughter's place but comes home in the evening. She is quite friendly and helpful. I didn't have any problem with her.
It is quite important that
- you are fine with her small dog.
- you are clean and honest.
The warmmiete is 650 euros.
Anmeldung is possible.
