Das Zimmer ist möbliert und verfügt über einen Schreibtisch mit Bürostuhl, ein Bett (200x140 cm), eine kleine Kommode, einen großen Kleiderschrank sowie einen Garderobenständer. Es bietet damit ausreichend Stauraum und eine praktische Einrichtung für den Alltag.
Die Küche ist groß und super modern, ausgestattet mit hochwertigen Geräten von Bosch, Siemens etc mit Waschmaschine Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank usw.
Im Badezimmer gibt es eine kleine Badewanne und alles ist bereits eingerichtet und einsatzbereit.

The room is furnished and includes a desk with an office chair, a bed (200x140 cm), a small chest of drawers, a large wardrobe, and a coat rack. It offers ample storage space and a practical setup for everyday life.
The kitchen is spacious and very modern, equipped with high-quality appliances from Bosch, Siemens, etc., including a washing machine, dishwasher, refrigerator, and more.
The bathroom features a small bathtub, and everything is already set up and ready to use.

Die Wohnung liegt in einem der besten Viertel Münchens, mit einer unschlagbaren Lage und exzellenter Anbindung. Direkt vor dem Haus befindet sich ein großes Einkaufszentrum, das wirklich alles bietet – von Lidl, Edeka, DM und einem Fitnessstudio bis hin zu zahlreichen Geschäften, Restaurants und Imbissen. Nur etwa 100 Meter vom Hauseingang entfernt hast du alles, was du brauchst.
Die Theresienwiese ist nur ca. 500 Meter entfernt, perfekt für Spaziergänge oder Veranstaltungen. Die Anbindung an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr ist hervorragend: Die U-Bahn-Stationen Theresienwiese und Schwanthalerhöhe sind in 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, die nächste Tramstation in nur 2-3 Minuten. The apartment is located in one of Munich’s best neighborhoods, boasting an unbeatable location and excellent connectivity. Right in front of the building, there is a large shopping center that truly has everything – from Lidl, Edeka, and DM to a gym, numerous shops, restaurants, and snack bars. Just about 100 meters from the entrance, you’ll find everything you need.
The Theresienwiese is only about 500 meters away, making it perfect for walks or events. Public transportation connections are excellent: the U-Bahn stations **Theresienwiese** and **Schwanthalerhöhe** are just a 5-7 minute walk away, the nearest tram station is only 2-3 minutes away, and the **S-Bahn Hackerbrücke** can be reached in 5-7 minutes. There is also a bus stop just 3-4 minutes away.
