The WG is only 5 month old and completely new. It is super modern. We have a dishwasher, washing mashine, a bath tube and a big shower. Of course you also have an elevator in the building. The room is also modern. I personally loved that you can completely open the window. You get the feeling that you’re sitting outside. Especially if you have to work or learn it is perfect. The room is also furnished. You have a bed, a foldable desk, a closet and a chair. Under your bed you have also space for your stuff. The mattress and some necessary stuff in the kitchen (knifes, forks…) is of course also included.
-Only 20 min from Marienplatz with the subway!!!
-You can take the U3 which is connected to everything (Olympiapark, Marienplatz, Odeonsplatz, LMU…)
-5 min away by walking from Lidl, DM, Rewe…
We are looking for a new tentant in our international WG. Someone who is open and friendly. We also try to make sure that always everything is clean. We have a cleaning plan.
