We are offering a bright, unfurnished room for rent in our newly renovated 4-person shared apartment (WG). If needed, the room can be furnished with a desk, bed, chair, and a temporary wardrobe for a one-time fee.
Apartment Details:
✅ Room sizes: both are ~11 m²
✅ Rent: €450 cold + ~€130 utilities (electricity, water, etc.) + ~€15 internet + ~€5-10 for shared consumables (e.g., soap, detergent – communal shopping) = ~€600
✅ Deposit: €1,500 (refunded upon move-out)
✅ Available from: Next week (Wednesday/Thursday, March 26/27)

Shops and supermarkets are close by, so daily errands are effortless. The neighborhood is quiet and well-organized, offering a comfortable and relaxed living environment.
We are a 2-person shared apartment (WG) of students from TUM & LMU (both aged 20) looking for a new roommate to join us in forming a new WG.
We've already lived together for six months, get along great, and follow a strict cleaning schedule to keep the apartment tidy and organized.
We enjoy doing activities together, but there’s no pressure—everyone is free to decide how much they want to be involved in the WG community. 😊
Who We're Looking For
✔ Students (19-25 years old) looking for a long-term WG
✔ Considerate & tidy (we have a good cleaning routine)
✔ Friendly & communicative – we value a positive living environment
✔ Partially English-speaking – one of our roommates doesn’t speak German yet but if you are reading this ad and not the German version it probably means you don't speak German either :D
