For those who are interested in Personal Development / Growth, Meditation and Healthy Wholistic living—we have a room available in our shared living house WG.

The room is furnished like the rest of the house. The house has a dining room, kitchen, several bathrooms and a huge garden with BBQ space…

In your room there is a 200x200 bed, a desk, chair, shelf and a wardrobe ready for you. Everyone also has their own compartments in the bathroom and refrigerator. We live here in a very quiet and peaceful residential area with fresh air and yet very good connections to public transportation. The train (S1) and bus 175 are nearby. Price includes internet, GEZ, electricity, heating, and water.

Everything is available in the kitchen, including a dishwasher. We make sure that it is always spotlessly clean when we leave the kitchen and we have self-produced green electricity from our PV system. We are looking for you if you are also a clean and tidy person! :)

In the basement we have a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, iron and plenty of drying space. We have high quality internet; a fiber optic DSL 100,000 WLAN flat rate is available throughout the house.

Lage

This is probably the best spot in Munich if you love nature, lakes and outdoor sports..

We are surrounded by 4 lakes, one is 5min by foot.

The public transport is also good with the S1 and the Bus 175, that stops directly in front of our door.

We have our bikes in front of the entrance.

Shops nearby: Edeka, Aldi, Lidl, Penny, Rewe, pharmacy, bakery, post,...

WG-Leben

Shared living:

Many of us in this newly created WG have a passion and interest in personal development, meditation, yoga and living a healthy lifestyle. Many of us also love travelling the world, and experiencing different cultures and countries. We are also very sporty and we have 3 persons that are running a marathon or halfmarathon. We are most passionate about running, cycling, hiking and swimming.

We are open minded, friendly, conscientious and mindful people with good hearts! We value authentic communication and openness to grow and become the best version of ourselves. We love tea circles, and also talking about deeper things that matter in our heart.

Our community is international between 20 and 30. Many of us are studying in our bachelor or masters programs, while some of us our also working online or doing an internship. So far our WG has people from Indonesia, Spain, India, and Austria.... :)

We are interested in people to join our community WG that are self reflective and also care to make this world a better place! We want to build a community that is not just living together, but that also supports each other, so everybody can grow and achieve their dreams and aspirations. A place of good energy, and people that care about one another while also studying and working in the world.

We are happy to do something together as it arises. We also might have game nights, meditation circles, going for a swim in the lake together, and cooking together sometimes.

There is always someone here to talk to, and we want to build a community that resonates with the values of a more conscious healthy lifestyle, connection to themselves and others, and also making a positive contribution in the world.

We value authenticity, sensitivity, mindfulness, sharing from the heart, positivity. Cleanliness and tidiness is also very important to us—as we all want to live in a clean home :)
