Hi!
We (Kerstin, Anton and Mo) are looking for someone who would like to rent this room and become part of our WG.
The room is available from the 1. May 2025 for only one month. It is small, but cozy. It is light and sun shines on the balcony whole day, it is perfect for growing plants :-)
The room is semi-furnished wigh a bed - 140x200 - with mattress and a couch. If you also need a desk and chair, we can totally get you those as well.
The rest of the flat is in good shape, although it is an older building from the 70´s. We have a bathroom with bathtub, toilet, sink and shower, another separate toilet, chamber for everything, hallway and kitchen. Kitchen is equipped with fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, and stove with oven. There is also table and couch where we hang out and eat together /or alone :-)
The flat is located only 4 minutes from S-Bahn and U-bahn station Harras. There is also different bus lines. 5 minutes of walk brings you to Westpark. Great for walks, runs, having a coffee at Gans am Wasser, it has ping-pong tables...Great park :-)
There is a Market every Saturday morning at Margaretenkirche. We have Rewe right next to us, 3 min walk, and there is also Lidl, DM and big Edeka bit further away at the other end of Harras U-bahn station - 10min walk. Post office and lots of other shops around the U-Bahn station. With a bike it is 15 min ride downhill to the city centre.
There are 3 other people living in a flat - Kerstin, Anton and Moe.
As everyone is working/studying, the flat is actually quiet during the day, but when there is a chance - we love to get together to cook dinner, have a drink and play boardgames or just chat...Everyone is very chilled and friendly :-) Anton is from Bulgaria, Mo is from Syria and Kerstin is from Austria, so we are very internacional :-) In the flat we speak both english and german.
We have a cleaning schedule on the app, that covers all the common rooms and trash, so the flat stays quite clean :-)
