A room will be available in our international six-bed flat share from March 1st (earlier dates can be discussed). The room is on the 2nd floor and has 17 square metres and is nice and bright. It is fully furnished with a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, a desk and a bed.
There is a bathroom on the first floor (with a bathtub!), we have a laundry room and a guest toilet as well as second shower (besides the main bathroom). There's a kitchen (fully equipped including two fridges and freezer) as well as a living room with a huge TV (we share Amazon Prime, Disney Plus and Netflix). We also have a beautiful garden that you can use to chill or grow veggies.
The transport links are excellent: the underground (Josephsburg U2 stop) is about a 7-minute walk away, as is the Berg-am-Laim S-Bahn stop (less than a 15 minutes walk). The nearest tram stop is also just a few steps away. This is a night tram, which means it runs all night at weekends. You can reach Marienplatz / University in about 20 minutes by public transport. Munich Airport is 40 minutes away by S-Bahn. Shopping facilities such as Norma, Lidl, Kaufland and Rewe are also in the immediate vicinity. Swimming pools, beer gardens and cinemas are also not far away.

Natalia (Catalonia) - initiates great jam sessions, joins every fun activity and loves a good nap on the couch (spoiler alert she’ll wake up on the couch at 8am)
Anurag (India) - you'll always find him in the kitchen dropping some smooth dad jokes, loves producing music and climbing
Michael (USA) -
Vita (Russia) - always up for spending some quite together doing relaxed activities, she’s an artistic soul and improves the housemates’ self esteem by giggling at any stupid joke during a movie
We all are working people here, but common places are used frequently: you will often come back home to the sight of the full living room, watching something, or will be invited to cook together or go out. We try to spend a lot of time together and care about each other.
