In nur ca. 550 m Entfernung erreicht man den Hoenigschmidplatz mit zahlreichen Geschäften (Edeka, REWE, Rossmann, Apotheke, Orterer-Getränkemarkt, Bäckereien, Wäscherei etc.).
Der nur ca. 1 km entfernte Laimer Platz ist zu Fuß, dem Fahrrad oder auch mit dem Bus sehr gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Bus (300 m entfernt) erreicht man den Laimer Platz und die S-Bahn Laim (Fahrtzeit ca. 4 min bzw. 8 min) Mit S-Bahn und U Bahn ist man in ca. 10 min in der Innenstadt.
Außerdem ist man mit der Tram 18 (200 m von der Haustür entfernt) schnell in der Innenstadt.
Verkehrsanbindung:
In nur ca. 2 Fahrminuten erreicht man die A96 mit Anschluss an den Mittleren Ring und dem Autobahnring A99. Dadurch optimale Mobilität mit dem eigenen Fahrzeug. Parkplätze in der Regel ausreichend vorhanden.
