A cozy, 17 sqm, fully furnished room will be available in our shared apartment from July 1st, 2024.
The room has 2 shelfs, a 140x200cm bed and a desk. The furniture is included in the rent. The rest of the apartment is also fully equipped and nothing is missing :)
You will share the apartment with us: Marc (27) and Andrei (30).
The monthly rent is 900 (including all additional costs!), the deposit is €1450.
A certain level of order and respectful behavior is very important to us in order to have a pleasant shared apartment environment in the long term. If that is the case for you, we would be happy to welcome you to our shared apartment :).
The room can be rented for a limited period or indefinitely.
In addition to the bedrooms, we also have a large living room with an open kitchen for shared use.

Preferably no home-office.
The apartment is about 6 minutes walk from the main train station and 2 minutes from the Theresienwiese stop (Oktoberfest).
There is basically everything your heart desires in the area. Lidl, Aldi, Rossmann and a shopping center (Forum) and much more. If you get really hungry and don't have anything at home, there are also countless restaurants in the area.
It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the city center (Stachus) or you can cycle and it takes less than 3 minutes:).
About us:
Marc is 27 years old, and is Working as a consultanf at PWC in Munich. He lived in USA for 6 years and moved into the flat July, 2024. He loves to play soccer and completed the Munich marathon last October. Marc really enjoys the outdoors, running and going to the gym. He recently started surfing at the Eisbach.
Andrei is 30 years old and is doing his PhD in cancer biology. He enjoys cooking and doing sport, curently he is training for a triathlon. He aspires to become a consultant.
Andrei is about to finish his studies and will leave the flat by the end of the year, therefore he would be happy to have a long term new flatmate that is willing to take the flat after.
